Exhibitor Contract

The Arkansas Summit for Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee is honored that your company wishes to participate in our fifth Arkansas Summit for Antimicrobial Stewardship. The event will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, at the Holiday Inn-Little Rock Airport Conference Center. Exhibits are open to all summit attendees and speakers from 7:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. Exhibit spaces will be designated based on the sponsorship package. Exhibitor registration and full payment deadline will be February 20, 2026.


Tentative Exhibit Hall Schedule

7:00 am Exhibitor registration and setup

7:30 am Exhibitor showcase open

10:00 am – 10:15 am Summit morning break for visiting exhibitors

11:45 am – 1:00 pm Lunch and Exhibitor Showcase

2:50 pm – 3:10 pm Summit afternoon break for visiting exhibitors

4:15 pm Exhibit breakdown


Exhibit package(s): each package includes a table with tablecloth, drayage, and 2 chairs.

**Please note that audiovisual rental and other services are not included


Tiered Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Level $5000

  • Company name and logo visibly displayed on promotional material as a Platinum level exhibitor

  • Special verbal and visual recognition

Gold Level $3500

  • Company name and logo visibly displayed on promotional material as Gold level exhibitor

  • Special visual recognition throughout the event

  • Table in vendor hall and access to program participants

Silver Level $2000

  • Listed as a silver level exhibitor in event program

  • Table in vendor hall and access to program participant


Why should you exhibit at the Arkansas Summit for Antimicrobial Stewardship? 

The exhibit hall offers great visibility for all of our summit attendees and opens an opportunity for networking with these individuals away from their busy workplaces. As an exhibitor, you will:


  • Gain exposure to a highly targeted audience of current and future healthcare professionals who are committed to improving patient care and are seeking new ideas and solutions.

  • Network with attendees, faculty and speakers in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Launch and demonstrate new products and services.

  • Develop sales leads that will continue to deliver business long after the summit is over.

  • Meet and build rapport with key individuals and new prospects face-to-face.


The total attendance is expected to be between 200 – 250 individuals, composed of both inpatient and outpatient physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.


Exhibitor Registration/Confirmation: 

Registration is not considered complete until you have received confirmation from the Arkansas Antimicrobial Stewardship Foundation. If you have not received email confirmation, please contact Jared Heiles at jared.heiles@baptist-health.org. Written cancellation of registrations will be accepted for a 25% refund up to February 20, 2026, after which no refunds will be issued.


The exhibit fee includes up to two representatives, who will be registered to participate in the exhibition, education course, and lunch will be provided. Add $50 for each additional representative attending.

Exhibit Setup/Breakdown 

Exhibit setup time will be after 3PM on Thursday, March 12th or Friday, March 13th at 7AM. Exhibit breakdown will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13th.


Additional Contribution Opportunities

The Arkansas Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee offers additional opportunities for your company to support our organization. Your company may elect to contribute based on specific events occurring outside of continuing education presentations.


Event Sponsorships 

This is available even if you are unable to attend the meeting! All event sponsors will be recognized for their respective event in at least one of the following ways: an announcement, as a slide placeholder between speakers, and/or in a program (if submitted in time). Sponsorship is available on a first come, first served basis.


Sponsorships are available for the following events:

  • Friday, March 13th attendee/exhibit Luncheon | $1000 Sponsorship

  • Friday, March 13th morning Snack | $500 Sponsorship

  • Friday, March 13th afternoon Snack | $500 Sponsorship


The summit will offer continuing education credits. We advise that you follow these policies for commercial exhibits held in conjunction with educational events:


  • Arrangements for exhibits may neither influence planning nor interfere with the presentation of the educational event.

  • Exhibits cannot be a condition of the provision of commercial support for CE events.

  • Commercial/ promotional materials may not be displayed or distributed in the presentation room immediately before, during, or immediately after the CE event.

  • Representatives of commercial supporters and exhibitors may attend the CE event if they wish, but may not engage in sales in the room where the educational event is held.

  • Representatives of commercial supporters and exhibitors may not exchange money or initiate purchase orders on site.
