Volunteer with AASF
We're powered by passionate individuals dedicated to fostering stewardship in Arkansas. We're always looking for volunteers to help to spread stewardship in Arkansas. All volunteers will have the opportunity to help with the Summit and other foundation activities.
The AASF is a grassroots effort. A small team of about a dozen people do everything from engaging and booking the speakers to making and hanging the signs. Your contributions will be invaluable. Plus, it's a fantastic way to boost your resume and expand your network and influence.
Time Commitment
Most of these volunteer positions can be done over email, zoom, or the phone. We meet occasionally over Zoom (our board is located throughout the state). Time commitment varies, but we need more help in the weeks surrounding the Summit. That being said, we'll take whatever time you have to spare.
No experience needed—we’ll provide all the training you need!

Speaker Committee
Interested in shaping our Summit and other CE opportunities? The Speaker Committee plays a key role in recruiting presenters, building the Summit’s speaker and breakout schedule, and coordinating travel for out-of-state guests.
Exhibitor Relations & Recruitment
Want to connect with industry professionals who share a passion for stewardship? The Exhibitor Relations Committee recruits and engages with Summit exhibitors, and helps coordinate them during the event.
Venue Coordination and Management
Do you have a knack for logistics? We’re looking for volunteers to help manage the venue space, work with staff, and ensure everything is set up for a smooth and successful Summit.
Day of Registration and Crowd Management
Have a little extra time on Summit day? We’d love your help! Volunteers will welcome attendees at check-in, guide guests to breakout rooms, introduce speakers, and answer questions.
Education Committee
We're launching a new initiative to expand our educational efforts beyond the Summit, focusing specifically on reaching more rural areas in Arkansas. We need fresh, creative minds to help us define its scope and strategy – if you have innovative ideas for engaging these communities, this committee is the perfect fit for you.
I Just Want To Be Involved
If you don't know what you'd be good at or have a great stewardship idea, we have a place for you too. Are you great with graphics? We'll take that! Are you good at networking? Ok! We need that too. If you have a passion for stewardship you want to share in the state of Arkansas, we want you!
